For Vendors/Restaurants:
Enrollment and Partnership:
Vendors must apply for enrollment on the FoodLemon platform and meet our criteria for partnership.
FoodLemon reserves the right to accept or reject any vendor application without providing any reasons.
Menu Management:
Vendors are responsible for regularly updating their menu on the FoodLemon platform.
Any changes to the menu must be communicated to FoodLemon in a timely manner.
Order Fulfillment:
Vendors are solely responsible for the preparation, packaging, and timely delivery of customer orders.
FoodLemon is not responsible for the quality, safety, or any issues related to the food provided by the vendors.
Payment and Deductions:
Vendors will be paid on a weekly basis, with the payment reflecting the orders completed during that period.
FoodLemon reserves the right to deduct amounts from payments in cases of refunds, customer complaints, or any other issues that may arise.
Customer Complaints:
Vendors must address customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Failure to resolve customer issues may result in deductions from future payments or termination of partnership with FoodLemon.
Accuracy of Information:
Vendors are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their location, menu, and any other details required by FoodLemon.
Termination of Partnership:
FoodLemon reserves the right to terminate the partnership with any vendor at any time for reasons including but not limited to consistent customer complaints, violation of terms, or operational issues.
For Customers:
Account Information:
Customers are required to provide accurate and complete information, including name, email, and phone number, during the account creation process.
Location Services:
FoodLemon requires access to the user’s precise location to display nearby restaurants accurately.
Order Placement:
Customers are responsible for placing accurate and valid orders on the FoodLemon platform.
Any issues related to the order (e.g., incorrect items, missing items) should be reported to the respective vendor.
Pickup Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for picking up their orders from the chosen restaurant once they receive a notification that the order is ready.
Refunds and Customer Support:
FoodLemon will handle refund requests and customer support for issues related to the platform, payment processing, and other non-food-related matters.
Behavior and Compliance:
Customers are expected to behave respectfully and comply with the policies of both FoodLemon and the individual vendors.
Feedback:
Customers are encouraged to provide feedback on their orders and experiences to help maintain and improve the quality of service on the FoodLemon platform.
Privacy:
FoodLemon respects customer privacy and will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
By using the FoodLemon platform, both vendors and customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions. FoodLemon reserves the right to update these terms periodically, and continued use of the platform implies acceptance of any changes.
